About the Opportunity

FNRCO is seeking a highly experienced Senior UiPath Automation Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to leading the automation workstream for a key Client AMS Program, focusing on strategic development and implementation of automation solutions.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the automation roadmap and validating automation opportunities across various business operations. This position involves establishing the delivery approach in collaboration with the Client Automation Team and leading the hands-on implementation of UiPath automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and validate automation use cases across the non-OT application landscape.
• Define the automation roadmap, delivery plan, and ways of working with the Client Automation Team.
• Assess and define the required technology stack and supporting components for automation initiatives.
• Lead the design and hands-on implementation of UiPath automation solutions.
• Drive the adoption of automation within AMS operations and support the successful transition into Business as Usual (BAU).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of automation initiatives.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in UiPath automation engineering. This includes a proven track record in leading automation projects from conception through to successful implementation and adoption.

Work Arrangement and Location

This is a full-time position based in our Riyadh office, within Saudi Arabia. The role requires close collaboration with client teams and internal stakeholders to achieve automation objectives.
