Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in urban planning with a focus on sustainable development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in GIS software and mapping tools.
• In-depth knowledge of planning principles and land use policies.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in teams.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian urban planning regulations is a plus.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
