About the Opportunity

RIG (Recruitment International Group) is partnering with a client who operates a large children's entertainment center. This client is currently undergoing rapid expansion across the GCC region and is establishing a new venue in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. They are seeking a dedicated Venue Manager to join their team and contribute to this growth.

Role Overview

The Venue Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the new children's entertainment venue in Riyadh. This full-time position involves ensuring efficient operations, delivering high standards of customer service, and effectively managing the venue's team. This role presents an opportunity for professional growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Lead, train, and develop the venue's staff.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee overall venue management to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Demonstrated strong management, operations, and customer service skills.
• Proven experience in successfully managing a team.
• Familiarity and experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Ability to effectively train and develop staff members.
• Essential prior experience within the hospitality, events, or entertainment industry.

Work Details
