Join Land Sterling KSA as a Videographer / Photographer!
At Land Sterling, we are on the lookout for a talented Photographer/Videographer to capture the essence of our real estate projects and B2B consultancy work. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase luxury properties, conduct executive interviews, and document construction sites and facilities.

What You’ll Do:

Film and edit engaging photo/video content for property showcases, advisory projects, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct high-quality interviews with executives, consultants, clients, and partners.
Document site visits, construction progress, and facility management.
Collaborate with marketing and service line teams to develop storyboards and shot lists.
Edit footage into polished videos suitable for LinkedIn, website, YouTube, and internal purposes.
Organize and manage the media library for efficient reuse across the company.
Recommend and maintain appropriate cameras, lenses, audio, and lighting equipment.

What We’re Looking For:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in photography/videography, preferably within the real estate or corporate/B2B sectors.
A strong portfolio highlighting property, corporate, or interview-based work.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, along with Photoshop/Lightroom.
Confidence in lighting, sound, and camera techniques in various settings.
Ability to manage shoots independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to travel to different sites and properties throughout Saudi Arabia.
