About the Role

7Ribs is seeking a Waiter to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for ensuring a professional and prompt dining experience for all guests. The role involves direct interaction with customers and coordination with the kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally greet guests and present food and beverage menus.
• Provide detailed explanations of menu items and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Accurately take orders and effectively coordinate with the kitchen team for dish preparation.
• Serve dishes and beverages according to established service standards and sequence.
• Monitor tables, attend to guest needs, and anticipate requirements throughout the meal.
• Accurately and quickly process payments and financial transactions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to food safety and general hygiene standards.
• Support team members and collaborate during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh. The position offers a salary of 5,500 Saudi Riyals per month. The Waiter will work within the 7Ribs restaurant environment, collaborating with a team to deliver high-quality service.
