Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage the performance of the Distribution Centre, ensuring accurate stock flow and continuous stock availability.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to implement operational changes.
  • Coach and develop the team, ensuring effective training and motivation.
  • Oversee employee appraisal processes and maintain staffing levels.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and assist in budgeting.
  • Enforce housekeeping and safety standards in line with company policies.
  • Develop effective communication strategies within the team and across departments.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in warehouse management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work the night shift and manage diverse teams.
