This full-time position for a Work Control Center Engineer is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Summary: Work Control Center Engineer

The Work Control Center Engineer is responsible for the coordination and monitoring of maintenance activities within an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Facility Management (FM) environment. This role primarily involves utilizing IBM Maximo/CMMS to manage various aspects of maintenance operations, including work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, equipment data, and maintenance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all maintenance activities using IBM Maximo.
• Initiate work orders following approval and monitor their progress through to completion and closure.
• Coordinate effectively with maintenance teams and follow up on work-order feedback.
• Maintain and update equipment, asset, and location data within the system.
• Coordinate between the Stores department and maintenance teams regarding materials required for work orders.
• Monitor compliance with established company maintenance procedures and policies.
• Modify and maintain the Preventive Maintenance Master Plan as required.
• Prepare comprehensive maintenance, work-order, and operational reports for management review.

Required Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a work control center or maintenance coordination role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using IBM Maximo/CMMS for maintenance management.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to prepare detailed operational reports.
