The Role: GCP Cloud Architect Terraform

Qzensys Solutions is seeking a GCP Cloud Architect Terraform for a contract, on-site position. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, following an initial project phase in India. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience in cloud architecture and infrastructure-as-code practices, specifically with Google Cloud Platform and Terraform.

Role Purpose

The GCP Cloud Architect Terraform will design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available solutions on Google Cloud Platform. This involves leveraging Terraform and other infrastructure-as-code practices to build and optimize robust cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess business and technical requirements to inform cloud solution designs.
• Define comprehensive cloud architectures for Google Cloud Platform.
• Lead the deployment and optimization of cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Collaborate effectively with development and operations teams.
• Integrate cloud services seamlessly with existing systems.
• Ensure solutions align with best practices for performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Document all designed and implemented cloud solutions thoroughly.
• Provide expert technical guidance to project teams.
• Support the continuous improvement of cloud standards and processes.

Work Location and Engagement Type

This is a contract, on-site position. The initial two to three months of the project will be based in India. Following this period, the role will require relocation to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for the remaining duration of the project.

Experience and Compensation
