Job Description

Sales Manager

Job Purpose

To implement sales plans and achieve sales goals by attracting customers, building long-term professional relationships, and providing appropriate solutions and products to achieve customer satisfaction and increase company revenue.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Achieve the specified monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Search for new customers and develop the existing customer base.
  • Communicate with customers through visits, phone, email, or digital platforms.
  • Prepare and present commercial offers and negotiate with customers until sales are completed.
  • Follow up on customer orders and ensure they are executed and delivered according to requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales, sales opportunities, and market movement.
  • Update customer data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Follow up on collecting dues in coordination with the financial department when needed.
  • Participate in exhibitions, events, and sales-related meetings.
  • Follow up on competitors and provide suggestions that contribute to improving performance and increasing sales.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain the confidentiality of information.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Preferably 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Arabic, and proficiency in English is preferred.
