The Role: The Barista will be the face of hospitality within the Residential Sales Office, ensuring an exceptional and welcoming experience for all guests, clients, and visitors. This role combines beverage preparation expertise with service excellence, creating a warm and professional environment aligned with Red Sea Global Hospitality (RSGH) standards.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service & Relations: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, ensuring each guest feels valued and recognized. Deliver discreet, personalized service aligned with RSGH luxury standards. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously to requests. Assist in showcasing RSG destinations and projects through curated touchpoints and presentations.
  • Food & Beverage Service: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages consistently. Maintain proper presentation and quality standards of all drinks and snacks. Assist with service during in-office events, ensuring smooth flow and professionalism.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the barista station, pantry, and service areas are always clean, hygienic, and organized. Manage beverage and snack inventory, ensuring timely ordering and minimal wastage. Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times. Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Key Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience as a barista, café server, or in a guest-facing hospitality role.
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel, café, or hospitality environment.
  • Professional barista certification or specialty coffee training.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (Arabic, French, etc.) an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized service in a high-standard setting.
