Study projects and prepare a clear execution plan and timeline. Organize and execute work on-site and follow up to ensure quality. Solve field problems and manage the team on-site. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organized personality and able to manage multiple tasks. Previous experience in pricing and project management is a plus.
