Sales Specialist

A sales specialist is required to work in a luxury furniture exhibition, possessing high communication skills and experience in developing client relationships. Responsibilities include: achieving monthly sales targets, following up on customer orders and providing appropriate solutions, and preparing regular sales reports. Proficiency in computer programs and the ability to work within a team is required, with at least two years of experience in the same field.

Building relationships with key clients, maintaining them, identifying their needs, presenting suitable offers for their requests, and providing appropriate responses. Identifying the client's budget and suggesting the property that suits them. Solving customer problems and supporting them during the sales stage. Tracking the steps of the sales process and monitoring the procedures until the deal is completed. Arranging real estate transactions such as sales and rentals and assisting clients in obtaining suitable properties. · 4 hours a day · 5 days a week in person from (Sunday - Wednesday) - remotely (Thursday) · Attractive commission

Responsibilities:

• Develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients & travel agents.
• Address and resolve key clients’ complaints while providing timely customer care.
• Manage client reservation and ticketing needs; knowledge of GDS/Reservation systems is advantageous.
• Act as the main contact between clients and internal teams.
• Focus on small to mid-size enterprises to expand our reach.
• Work against targeted sales goals to identify potential revenue opportunities.
• Prepare reports and sales statistics.
• Review sales performance to meet or exceed targets.
• Negotiate terms and close sales effectively.
• Promote brand awareness for China Eastern Airlines products and services.
• Gather market and competitor intelligence for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of sales experience in KSA, ideally within the airline or travel industry.
• Proficient in English; Arabic or Chinese speaker is a plus.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation, and customer service skills.
