We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to build and maintain robust relationships with key clients and travel agents, driving revenue for our esteemed company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients & travel agents.
  • Address and resolve key clients’ complaints while providing timely customer care.
  • Manage client reservation and ticketing needs; knowledge of GDS/Reservation systems is advantageous.
  • Act as the main contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Focus on small to mid-size enterprises to expand our reach.
  • Work against targeted sales goals to identify potential revenue opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and sales statistics.
  • Review sales performance to meet or exceed targets.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales effectively.
  • Promote brand awareness for China Eastern Airlines products and services.
  • Gather market and competitor intelligence for management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in KSA, ideally within the airline or travel industry.
  • Proficient in English; Arabic or Chinese speaker is a plus.
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and customer service skills.
