About the Role:
The Security Manager plays a vital role in overseeing and managing all aspects of security operations within UCC Holding. In this position, you will develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect personnel, assets, and facilities. Your goal is to maintain a safe and secure environment while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies to protect personnel and assets.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective measures.
• Supervise security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders to address security concerns.
• Manage security technologies such as surveillance and access control systems.
• Monitor security data to detect trends and respond promptly to incidents.
• Develop and implement crisis management plans for emergencies.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate security measures into operations.
• Stay updated on security trends and improve protocols continuously.
• Support HSE initiatives and incident reporting as per company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in relevant roles, and 2 years in the GCC region is a plus.

We are looking for a dedicated Lifeguard to ensure the safety of swimmers at our aquatic facility. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for supervising activities, enforcing safety rules, and responding to emergencies.

Key Accountability Areas:

• Activate the Emergency Action Plan in emergencies.
• Oversee activities at the swimming facility.
• Assist with swimming lessons.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations for patrons.
• Monitor areas for signs of danger and alert swimmers.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of swimming areas.
• Perform first aid procedures as needed.
• Keep records and reports of incidents.

Knowledge and Experience:

• 2 – 4 years of lifeguarding experience.

Education and Certifications:

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• Swimming Coach/Instructor & Lifeguarding Certification from a renowned Institute.
• CPR certification.
