Administrative Assistant

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers and assisting them in choosing appropriate products.
• Providing clear information about products and services to customers.
• Conducting sales and payment processes smoothly and quickly.
• Maintaining the arrangement of products and displaying them attractively in the store.
• Tracking product inventory and ensuring availability.
• Dealing with customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Achieving the required sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle different types of customers.
• Flexibility and ability to solve problems quickly.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills for recording sales.

Working Hours:

8 hours daily, two days off per week.

Salary and Benefits:

• Monthly salary: 4320 SAR.
• Additional bonus: for each extra working day.

• Manage and update website content and coordinate with the development team.

• Prepare and implement electronic marketing campaigns (social media, paid ads, etc.).

• Follow up on delivery operations and ensure daily workflow runs smoothly.

• Communicate with clients and representatives to resolve issues and improve service quality.

• Prepare periodic reports on performance, sales, and marketing activity.

• Propose developmental ideas to enhance user experience and increase customer numbers.

✅ Requirements:

• Previous experience in electronic marketing or managing websites (preferred).

• Proficiency in using social media platforms and paid advertising.

• Strong communication skills and high organization.

• Ability to work under pressure and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Office programs and preferable knowledge of reporting platforms such as Google Analytics.
