We are looking for a Swimming Pool Technician to join the pre-opening of SLS The Red Sea, a luxurious project set to open in 2025.

About SLS The Red Sea
Ennismore, with its luxury brand SLS Hotels, is launching a magnificent project in the breathtaking oasis of The Red Sea. This resort features 150 luxurious rooms, 7 distinct Food & Beverage outlets, and a rejuvenating spa, catering to both adults seeking relaxation and families looking for adventure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on swimming pools, spas, and related equipment.
• Water Quality: Test and adjust the chemical levels in the pool water to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Cleaning: Clean and maintain the pool area, including skimming debris and vacuuming the pool.
• Equipment Management: Inspect and maintain pool equipment, replacing defective parts as needed.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to local health and safety regulations.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and water quality tests.
• Guest Interaction: Provide excellent customer service to guests regarding pool area inquiries.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a technical or trade school program in pool maintenance is preferred.
• Proven experience as a swimming pool technician, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
• Manage the hotel’s brand identity and messaging.
• Create marketing materials including brochures and email campaigns.
• Oversee the hotel's social media and online presence.
• Collaborate with sales teams on marketing collateral.
• Analyze market trends to shape marketing strategies.
• Manage public relations and crisis communications.

• Monitor marketing performance metrics.

Qualifications:
