Saudi Pan Kingdom Company - SAPAC is seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Manager to join its team. This full-time position is based in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, and is integral to the successful delivery and operational readiness of construction projects.

The Role of Commissioning Manager

The Commissioning Manager is responsible for the comprehensive planning, coordination, and management of all testing, commissioning, start-up, and handover activities across various construction projects. This role ensures that Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, along with other critical building systems, are properly installed, thoroughly tested, seamlessly integrated, and fully operational. The manager must ensure strict compliance with approved designs, detailed specifications, relevant industry codes, stringent quality standards, and all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive commissioning plans, detailed schedules, operational procedures, and essential checklists for projects.
• Lead and direct commissioning engineers, specialized technicians, subcontractors, and vendors involved in the commissioning process.
• Oversee the testing and commissioning of diverse systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, Building Management Systems (BMS), Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, generators, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and various control systems.
• Monitor commissioning progress, identify and resolve technical issues, address defects, and manage punch-list items efficiently.
• Ensure the proper documentation of all commissioning activities, including test reports, Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, as-built drawings, and final handover records.
• Coordinate client training sessions and facilitate final system acceptance procedures.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Commissioning Manager role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in commissioning management within construction projects.
