Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Operating the center's devices and games according to the approved instructions and procedures.

  • Welcoming visitors at the games and explaining how to use them and safety instructions.

  • Ensuring the readiness and safety of the devices before use.

  • Immediately reporting any malfunctions or technical issues with the devices to the maintenance team or management.

  • Organizing waiting lines at the games and applying turn systems.

  • Monitoring tickets or entry cards for the games according to the system.

  • Applying general safety rules within the games area.

  • Providing assistance and support to customers during use or in case of any emergency.

  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the devices and the surrounding area.

  • Adhering to working hours, uniforms, and center instructions.
