As a Finance Manager, your responsibility will be to understand and drive financial performance while complying with the policy, regulatory and contractual framework.

What will you be doing?

• Be accountable for the hotel’s financial performance.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and other stakeholders to maximize profitability.
• Develop exceptional working relationships across various departments.
• Ensure compliance with the management agreement and address any compliance issues promptly.

What are we looking for?

• Strong analytical skills to manage complex financial information.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to identify potential issues proactively.
• Capability to lead and develop staff.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

As the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the financial strategy, planning, and operations of the organization. Your leadership will be crucial in driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aligning financial objectives with the overall business strategy. Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's business objectives.
• Pre-Opening Financial Oversight: Lead the financial pre-opening strategy, including budgeting and financial planning.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports.
• Budget & Forecasting: Oversee the development and management of annual budgets.
• Cost Control & Revenue Optimization: Implement financial controls and identify revenue enhancement opportunities.
• Cash Flow & Risk Management: Monitor cash flow and implement strategies for financial stability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Operational Efficiency: Optimize financial systems and procedures for efficiency.

Qualifications and Standards:
The ideal candidate must have at least five years of experience as Director of Finance, preferably in luxury hotels or the hospitality industry.
