We seek a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Officer to join our team and contribute to the growth of our company.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with various departments to identify their requirements.
- Research and identify new and reliable suppliers, evaluating their capabilities and product quality.
- Build strong and positive relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
- Negotiate the best prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders accurately and according to established procedures.
- Register products and issue required Certificates of Conformity (CoC).
- Monitor the status of orders for timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Evaluate supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Address any issues or disputes that may arise with suppliers or orders.
- Prepare periodic reports on procurement activities and cost savings.

Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the lighting industry.
- Experience with local and international suppliers and knowledge of import/export procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
