In this vital role, you will support the Director of Finance in translating strategic goals into actionable financial programs and operations. Your responsibilities include budget preparation, financial reporting, and business planning, ensuring accurate financial records while adhering to company policies and local regulations to promote a culture of wellness and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Director of Finance in establishing the resort’s finance department to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage accurate recording of financial transactions while controlling assets, liabilities, income, and expenses.
  • Assist in month-end closing, financial reporting, and analytical tasks for timely and accurate financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Safeguard contracts and legal records while overseeing inventory control.
  • Support credit and collection procedures to maintain financial integrity.

Job Requirements:
  • BSc/BA in Finance or Economics.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role at a 5-star resort, preferably in pre-opening.
  • Prior experience in the finance department of a hotel, particularly in the Middle East is preferred.
  • Knowledge of taxation in KSA.
  • Proficiency in financial IT systems and experience handling multiple currencies.

  • Problem-solving skills and over 1 year of experience in a technical department.
