Jumeirah, a leader in luxury hospitality, is seeking an experienced Security Manager for our prestigious property, Jumeirah The Red Sea. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff.

Your Main Duties:
  • Maximize crime prevention by maintaining security officer presence throughout the hotel.
  • Collaborate with hotel colleagues to instill security awareness and adherence to procedures.
  • Review daily arrival lists to identify potential security risks and communicate them to management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local authorities including police and immigration.
  • Oversee statutory fire and emergency training for all staff.

About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 10+ years in security management, with a background in Police, Military, or Security fields.
  • Expertise in crisis and risk management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with fire-fighting and CCTV equipment.
  • First Aid and CPR certifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to perform well under pressure.
