At alfanar, we are dedicated to creating a safe and enjoyable swimming environment. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our patrons and maintaining high safety standards at our aquatic facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively recognize and respond to emergency situations by activating the Emergency Action Plan (EAP).
  • Oversee activities at the swimming facility.
  • Assist in swimming lessons.
  • Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations to patrons.
  • Monitor designated areas to identify signs of danger.
  • Provide warnings to swimmers regarding unsafe conditions.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness in swimming areas.
  • Perform first aid and rescue procedures when required.
  • Maintain records and reports of daily activities.

Requirements:
  • 24 years of lifeguarding experience for a swimming pool.
  • Minimum Diploma in any field.
  • Swimming Coach/Instructor & Lifeguarding Certification from a recognized institution.
  • CPR Certification.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
