About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee operations at our Olympic stadium facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and a passion for sports venues.
Key Responsibilities- Manage MEP operations and maintenance in large-scale sports venues
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage vendor service contracts
- Ensure compliance with international sports governing bodies
- Oversee emergency preparedness and crowd management during events
Desired Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Sports Facility Management preferred
- Professional certifications such as CFM, NEBOSH, PMP
Technical Skills- Experience with stadium infrastructure and facility management systems (CAFM, BMS)
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices
Managerial Skills- Strategic planning for operational budgets and risk management
- Strong communication and leadership in multicultural environments
