Join Our Team as a Sales & Business Development Manager!

Fleet Tracking Technologies Co. Ltd. (FTT), a leading IoT and fleet tracking company, is expanding! We are currently seeking a driven and strategic Sales & Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our IVMS and fleet tracking solutions across Saudi Arabia.

Our mission is to offer tailored, cutting-edge services that address the specific needs of our clients in logistics, transport, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth for fleet tracking and IVMS solutions.
  • Identify and develop new markets and verticals, such as logistics and government fleets.
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Build and manage strategic client relationships.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development related to fleet tracking or IoT solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong network within the Saudi enterprise and government sectors.
  • Experience in solution selling and building strategic partnerships.
  • Leadership mindset with excellent negotiation skills.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
