Join Our Team as a Construction Superintendent at Worley!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily construction activities within the assigned project area.
  • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate workflow with engineers, planners, and subcontractors to resolve field issues.
  • Implement health, safety, environmental, and quality standards on site.
  • Track progress and maintain daily logs and reports.
  • Participate in schedule reviews ensuring alignment of tasks with overall project timelines.
  • Review work plans, risk assessments, and permits to work (PTWs).
  • Supervise and mentor on-site personnel to ensure productivity.
  • Liaise with procurement and logistics for timely material deliveries.
  • Promptly escalate construction issues to senior management.
  • Conduct safety briefings and site audits as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Experience in a supervisory role on large-scale construction projects.
  • Trade qualification or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership ability in a high-pressure site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and industry standards.
  • Solid understanding of HSE regulations.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
