Job Summary:
One of our Clients is looking for a Safety Manager who is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. The role ensures adherence to local laws, industry standards, and company safety objectives while promoting a strong safety culture across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective action plans.
  • Lead safety training, inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
  • Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety performance.
  • Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports.
  • Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, and clients on safety matters.
  • Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and track safety KPIs and monthly/annual HSE reports.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and enforcement of safety rules.
  • Develop emergency response plans and oversee drills.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Professional certifications preferred (NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA).
  • 5–10 years of experience in HSE management (construction, industrial, Precast, or facilities preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of local Saudi safety regulations and international HSE standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HSE reporting tools.
