The Opportunity: Senior Specialist HR Operations and Employee Relations

Red Sea Global is seeking a Senior Specialist HR Operations and Employee Relations to join its team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supervising and managing the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring effective and efficient HR practices across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and other core HR functions. The Senior Specialist will play a critical part in supporting the HR Manager and fostering a positive work environment that aligns with the company's values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, performance management, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate and supervise the recruitment process for open positions, ensuring accurate job postings, candidate screening, and efficient interviews.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Assist in the administration of the performance appraisal system, ensuring timely and accurate feedback, and support managers in addressing performance issues.
  • Organize and supervise training programs to enhance employees’ skills, ensuring alignment with company needs and employee development goals.
  • Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Foster a culture of employee engagement by organizing employee activities, recognition programs, and ensuring employee motivation and satisfaction.
  • Supervise the maintenance of HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all employee records.
  • Provide reports on HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, training, and performance to assist in decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and strategic HR initiatives, providing input on HR best practices and improvement areas.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR business partnering, operations, and talent management.
  • Experience in managing HR processes across multiple business functions, ideally within multinational or large-scale organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, HR regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully partnering with senior leaders to deliver HR solutions that drive business performance and operational success.

Required Skills

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand the operational needs of relevant sectors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Proven ability to manage HR operations efficiently while aligning processes with business goals.
  • Advanced knowledge of HR software (*, SAP, Workday, or similar systems).
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR processes, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Ability to handle multiple HR tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Work Location

This is a full-time position based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
