  • Tasks:

  • Recording daily financial transactions in the accounting system.

  • Preparing daily entries and monthly reconciliations for accounts.

  • Reviewing and analyzing general accounts and accounts of customers and suppliers.

  • Preparing periodic financial reports (monthly - quarterly - annually).

  • Following up on receivables and payables and ensuring the accuracy of their balances.

  • Preparing the trial balance and ensuring it matches the records.

  • Contributing to the preparation of the balance sheet, income statement, and final reports.

  • Reviewing invoices and expenses and ensuring they comply with the company's financial policies.

  • Coordinating with external auditors and providing them with the required documents.

  • Following up on Zakat and tax obligations and ensuring compliance with deadlines.

  • Storing and organizing accounting and financial documents in a way that makes it easy to refer to them when needed.

  • Performing any other tasks within the scope of work assigned by the financial manager or administration.

    • GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
