Join Our Team as a Hotel Accountant!
At vender hotel, we are seeking a detail-oriented Hotel Accountant to oversee our financial operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy of our financial data, liaising with various departments, and maintaining compliance with financial policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing daily journal entries and reconciling general ledger accounts.
  • Reviewing and monitoring the hotel’s daily revenues (POS, reservations, stays, events).
  • Generating periodic financial reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Coordinating with various departments (Front Office, F&B, HR) to ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Preparing and reviewing payroll when necessary.
  • Liaising with internal and external auditors.
  • Monitoring accounts receivable and payable.
  • Managing assets, inventory, and related reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with hotel financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting within the hotel or hospitality industry.
