Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and decorate cakes that reflect customer requests, focusing on character-themed creations.
  • Prepare cake mixtures, fillings, and frostings while adhering to our high-quality standards.
  • Sculpt and shape fondant, gum paste, and other materials to create intricate character designs.
  • Ensure timely production and delivery of cakes that meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in cake design and decoration techniques.
  • Manage cake orders, inventory, and baking supplies efficiently.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure their visions are realized in cake form.

Skills & Requirements:
  • Proven experience in cake decoration, particularly with character or custom cakes.
  • Strong artistic and creative abilities.
  • Knowledge of fondant, buttercream, and advanced decoration techniques.
  • Attention to detail with patience for intricate designs.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
