About the Role

Al-Dawaa Pharmacies is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join their team in Taif. This is a full-time position focused on ensuring efficient and compliant supply chain operations within the pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with logistics, transportation, and inventory teams to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Monitor operational productivity and ensure service levels are met.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of shipments and inventory.
• Monitor safety procedures and ensure safe warehouse operations.
• Support audits, inspections, and quality checks conducted within the warehouse.
• Investigate operational deviations or incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and operational reporting.
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in warehouse operations or logistics supervision.
• Experience in regulated warehouse environments is preferred.
