At SLS The Red Sea, we invite you to become a part of a destination where creativity and luxury coexist. As a Barista, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through high-quality beverages.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control of all drinks.
  • Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests.
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere at the bar and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints or special requests politely and efficiently.
  • Set up and close the bar in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, equipment, and utensils.
  • Record sales accurately and handle cash and credit responsibly.
  • Report shortages, breakages, or discrepancies to management.
  • Adhere to local laws and company safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with staff for smooth service and assist colleagues during peak hours.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a high-end beverage department.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to memorize and explain menu items in detail.
  • A passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.
