About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pastry Chef to join Jumeirah The Red Sea. The main duties include creating a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods, ensuring high quality and consistency. Responsibilities also encompass:
  • Developing and refining recipes with innovative and appealing pastry offerings.
  • Collaborating to design pastry menus that align with trends and preferences.
  • Managing inventory of high-quality ingredients.
  • Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.

About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality or a relevant field.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience as a pastry chef or in a similar role.
