A food server (waiter) is required to work in a fine restaurant, where he receives customers, presents the menu, and fulfills their requests with a high level of professionalism and exceptional service.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Engineer to drive growth within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, and Water sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence in KSA, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and nurturing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell technology products and services to existing clients within the KSA market.
• Have a good knowledge of the international standard NFPA and local civil defense & HCIS regulations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies for assigned accounts.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing regular updates on account progress, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Understand the unique needs and challenges of each assigned account and develop and implement account plans to address those needs.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong client relationships.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract closure.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with Sales director to set KPIs and track performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in fire protection and detection sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong network and relationships within the industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Product Expertise - Fire Protection, Fire Suppression, Fire Fighting System, Fire Alarm.

We are seeking motivated and experienced Sales Engineers to become part of our dynamic Safety Department team at REDA Hazard Control. If you possess a solid understanding of safety products in the industrial and commercial markets, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients by identifying new sales opportunities.
• Present safety solutions to customers and generate new inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, including contractors.
• Promote and register with key clients to showcase the company’s range of safety products and services.
• Analyze market trends, recognize competitors, and explore potential collaborative opportunities.
• Interpret technical specifications and safety drawings, preparing comprehensive sales proposals and presentations.

Prequalification Requirements:

• Engineering degree preferred, or a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, particularly in safety product sales.
• Knowledge of safety products such as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), electrical safety, fall protection, and gas detection systems is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in building and managing long-term customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (oral and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
