About the Role
Miraval Resorts & Spas is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Cluster IT Coordinator to support technology operations across multiple properties in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role ensures the consistent, efficient, and secure digital operation of world-class resorts.
Role Overview
The Cluster IT Coordinator is responsible for maintaining seamless IT operations across Miraval The Red Sea and Grand Hyatt The Red Sea. This involves system administration, technical support, IT project assistance, and adherence to cybersecurity protocols. The role requires collaboration with internal departments and vendors to ensure operational excellence, user support, IT inventory management, and assistance with audits and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for on-site and remote issues across the hotel cluster.
- Administer and maintain systems, servers, and network devices in line with brand standards.
- Support the implementation of IT projects and system upgrades.
- Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, installations, and issue resolution.
- Ensure consistent application of IT policies, procedures, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Conduct staff training on IT tools, systems, and security best practices.
- Manage IT asset inventory, including procurement, allocation, and disposal tracking.
- Assist with data backups, recovery processes, and system monitoring.
- Prepare IT reports and support internal/external audits for both properties.
- Maintain documentation for infrastructure, configurations, and issue resolution.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of IT experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of network systems, Microsoft environments, server maintenance, and cybersecurity.
- Experience supporting multiple properties or departments is advantageous.
- Familiarity with hospitality-specific systems such as PMS, POS, and back-office platforms.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage priorities across multiple locations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Saudi National is preferred.
