About the Role

Hafawah Hotels & Resort is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing all maintenance operations within the hotel facilities, ensuring optimal functionality and adherence to quality standards. The role requires a proactive approach to facility management and leadership of the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and perform corrective maintenance activities across all hotel facilities.
• Ensure the readiness of all systems and facilities, responding quickly and efficiently to breakdowns.
• Supervise the maintenance team's work, ensuring quality execution in accordance with approved standards.
• Prepare and monitor preventive and periodic maintenance schedules.
• Follow up on maintenance requests, document all activities, and prepare necessary reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in hotel maintenance.
• Comprehensive practical experience across various maintenance departments and systems, including:
  • HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  • Electrical systems and electrical panels.
  • Plumbing, water supply, and drainage systems.
  • Elevators and mechanical systems.
  • Carpentry, aluminum, and painting works.
  • Maintenance of hotel rooms, facilities, equipment, and fixtures.

Essential Skills

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Proficiency in following up on preventive maintenance activities.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent time management and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergency situations.
