Key Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies for the agency and its clients.
• Manage campaign calendars and timelines.
• Coordinate effectively with creative and content teams.
• Analyze performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations.
• Ensure all marketing efforts align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand management, with the ability to translate business goals into clear marketing plans.
• Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management, email marketing, paid media, and SEO/SEM, along with familiarity with common marketing tools and platforms.
• Proficiency in content-focused marketing, encompassing briefing and collaborating on localized content creation, storytelling, and audience engagement tactics.
• Ability to analyze marketing performance data, prepare comprehensive reports, and utilize insights to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects remotely, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Previous experience in an international or local agency environment is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
