- Overseeing employee benefits administration.
- Ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
- Supporting employee relations.
- Collaborating with management to enhance HR practices and programs.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Proficiency in Human Resources and HR Management.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
