Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and identify new business opportunities.
  • Promote Tamkene's training services to potential clients.
  • Manage client accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Work closely with the training team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and sales management.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Arabic skills are an advantage.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Business Development and Strategy:

    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
    • Identify and secure strategic partnerships and collaborations.
    • Manage lead generation strategies for a consistent pipeline of prospects.
    • Create impactful proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
    • Oversee the full sales cycle from qualification through to closing.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Aim to exceed sales targets and prepare forecasts and reports for management.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
  • 6-8+ years in sales or business development roles with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation capabilities, and business acumen.
  • Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
