We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Regional Manager to oversee the operations of multiple stores and branches. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving regional sales and operation objectives while ensuring the growth and expansion of our customer base.

Your Responsibilities Include:
- Distributing and following up on monthly targets across the region.
- Meeting regional sales targets in defined market and business segments.
- Maintaining the product mix between different products.
- Preparing and completing sales action plans.
- Proposing new ideas and recommending policies to enhance sales.
- Maximizing company profits at supervised branches.
- Counseling region sales representatives to expand the customer base.
- Identifying new customer opportunities.
