Role Overview
This full-time, on-site role in Dammam seeks a Salesperson who will manage client relationships, identify, and pursue new sales opportunities while providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth. The key responsibilities include:

• Selling maintenance services
• Preparing proposals
• Negotiating contracts
• Collaborating with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and meet sales goals

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Negotiation
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
• Proficiency in using CRM tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with the industrial maintenance industry (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (preferred)

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management. Preferable qualifications include:

• Experience in market research, lead generation, and business development.
• Knowledge of industrial, marine, or aviation lubrication products is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a sales or client-facing role will be a strong asset.
