Your Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development: Generate new sales and expand revenue with customers in cement, aluminum, steel, and similar heavy industries.
Identify Opportunities: Target EPC and maintenance contractors effectively.
Site Engagement: Conduct frequent site visits, plant meetings, and shutdown engagements.
Present Solutions: Showcase filtration solutions and technical value propositions to engineers and decision-makers.

Technical and Tender Support:

Review RFQs, specifications, datasheets, and tender packages.
Prepare technical proposals, specifications, and compliance matrices.
Lead responses to technical clarifications and deviations.
Collaborate with internal engineering on system sizing and configurations.
Assist in bid pricing, commercial terms, and negotiation.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess 4-5 years of experience in technical B2B industrial sales, particularly in filtration, gas cleaning, baghouses, dust collection, and process equipment.

التنسيق مع فرق التقدير والهندسة والإنتاج للحصول على عروض دقيقة.
إجراء زيارات للموقع واجتماعات مع العملاء لفهم متطلبات المشروع.
التفاوض على شروط العقد وإغلاق صفقات المبيعات.
متابعة العروض المقدمة والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء.
مراقبة اتجاهات السوق والمنافسين والمشاريع القادمة.
ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة ومواصفات المشروع.
دعم تسليم المشروع لفريق التنفيذ بعد منح العقد.

المؤهلات:

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
3-7 سنوات من الخبرة في مبيعات الهياكل المعدنية، أو تصنيع الفولاذ الهيكلي، أو أعمال المعادن.
فهم قوي للرسومات والمواصفات التقنية.
يفضل وجود خبرة في سوق البناء السعودي.
مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة.
رخصة قيادة سارية (السعودية).

Join Koch Engineered Solutions as an Inside Sales Engineer – Aftermarket!
We are seeking a proactive and technically capable professional to expand our aftermarket capability and better serve customers across the Middle East. In this high-impact, customer-facing role, you will act as the primary hub between the Middle East team and our global sales, execution, and service functions.

Your Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary technical and commercial contact for aftermarket inquiries from the Middle East.
Provide practical and timely technical support with clear recommendations.
Prepare competitive and accurate proposals, managing a seamless handover to Execution and Service teams.
Evaluate technical and commercial options balancing safety, compliance, cost, and schedule.
Coordinate with regional resources, Outside Sales Engineers, and Execution/Service teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Identify and engage decision makers to build long-term customer relationships.
Capture and maintain opportunity data in Salesforce.

Who You Are:
You have strong technical aptitude combined with commercial and customer-facing skills. You are well organized, self-directed, and can manage multiple opportunities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic are essential.
