Takamol Holding is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. The Specialist will manage a high volume of inquiries through various support channels, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining communication quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inquiry Management: Handle high volumes of incoming inquiries via approved channels (Email, Chat, Phone, Ticketing systems).
- Issue Resolution: Identify customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction by providing accurate information using appropriate tools.
- Ticket Lifecycle Management: Manage customer support tickets, ensuring timely closure within agreed service levels and maintaining high CSAT scores.
- Technical Coordination: Escalate complex technical issues to the technical team, tracking progress until resolution.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Process Improvement: Identify common customer pain points and propose improvements to the customer journey.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to communication procedures to ensure brand consistency and service quality.
- Ticketing Systems: Utilize experience with platforms like Zendesk or Salesforce.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in customer support or a client-facing role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
