Coordinate and manage marketing efforts to boost restaurant exposure and sales.
Conduct regular staff briefings and training sessions.
Generate reports on operations, budgets, and sales breakdowns.
Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety according to company protocols.

Good understanding of financial reports, budgeting, and cost control.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and service standards.
Experience with POS and restaurant management systems.
