Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities to maintain a structured and efficient office environment.
- Supervise office staff ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Oversee office supplies, inventory management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Organize meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, filing systems, and record management.
- Assist management with reports, presentations, and administrative support.
- Coordinate facility management, maintenance, and service requests as needed.
- Monitor operational budgets and support accounting tasks when needed.
- Act as a contact point for employees, visitors, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management systems.
- Ability to manage teams and handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Experience in the travel or service industry is a plus.
