مسؤولياتك:
  • إدارة التوظيف: الإشراف على عملية التوظيف، بما في ذلك إجراء المقابلات وتعيين أعضاء فريق ذوي مهارات عالية.
  • مزايا الموظفين: إدارة وتثقيف الموظفين حول المزايا، والاستجابة لمطالبات البطالة، وإعداد التقارير ذات الصلة.
  • تطوير الموظفين: دعم تدريب الموظفين الجدد وتعزيز مبادرات التدريب المتبادل داخل الفريق.
  • علاقات الموظفين: الحفاظ على قنوات الاتصال الفعالة، والتعامل مع قضايا الموظفين، والمساعدة في التحقيقات حسب الضرورة.
  • الامتثال القانوني: ضمان الصيانة الصحيحة لملفات الموظفين والامتثال للقوانين والممارسات الوثائقية المعمول بها.

ملف المرشح:
تشمل مؤهلاتك إما دبلوم المدرسة الثانوية مع 3 سنوات من خبرة الموارد البشرية أو درجة علمية لمدة سنتين في مجال ذي صلة مع سنة واحدة على الأقل من الخبرة ذات الصلة.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team in Riyadh.   • HR Strategy & Reporting: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with the company’s overall goals.
  • HR Systems & Administration: Manage and maintain HR databases and records.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (such as CIPD) are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a related role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations, strong leadership and decision-making abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, proactive and results-oriented approach, and high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
