 1. الإلمام بقوانين العمل السعودية
 • فهم عميق للوائح العمل المحلية في المملكة العربية السعودية، بما في ذلك عقود العمل، الإقامة (الإقامة الدائمة)، التأمينات الاجتماعية، تصاريح العمل، عمليات إنهاء الخدمة، وغيرها من الأمور المتعلقة بالامتثال؛
 • ضمان التزام جميع عمليات الموارد البشرية تمامًا بقوانين العمل والسياسات الحكومية.
 2. الإلمام بأنظمة الموارد البشرية والحكومة
 • خبرة عملية على منصات تتعلق بالحكومة مثل قوى، مقيم، التأمينات الاجتماعية، مدد، وGoogle Workspace;

حول الدور:
