- Identify guest needs and determine appropriate room types while ensuring information accuracy.
- Explain guarantee and cancellation policies clearly to guests.
- Utilize sales techniques to maximize room revenue.
Professional Expectations:
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance, following company policies.
- Anticipate and address guests’ needs with a warm welcoming demeanor.
- Develop positive relationships with guests and coworkers, complying with quality assurance expectations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or *** equivalent.
- No related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
