We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to support our executives and ensure smooth administrative operations. In this full-time on-site role, based in the Riyadh Region, you will be responsible for a variety of crucial tasks that include:

• Managing executive-level administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
• Handling correspondence and ensuring efficient communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Preparing and processing expense reports.
• Organizing travel arrangements and maintaining organized records and documentation.
• Providing high-quality executive support in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support.
• Strong proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated expertise in Administrative Assistance including scheduling and documentation.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain discretion.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a consulting or professional services environment is a plus.
